Brian Zimmerman

Brian is a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager for the Insurance Company Portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing the asset management functions for approximately 1,100 loans with more than 20 different lenders totaling $3.8 billion.

Brian first joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 2003 as a member of the asset management department. His real estate career began at PNC Bank-Midland Loan Services where he served as a credit analyst for Midland's CMBS portfolio. His responsibilities included financial statement analysis and portfolio surveillance. He also worked at Key Commercial Mortgage as an asset manager in the special servicing and LIHTC departments with responsibility for CMBS and LIHTC loan dispositions.

Brian earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance from Kansas State University.
