KaTrina Hudson

KaTrina is vice president and operations manager at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, located in Charlotte, NC. She currently manages New Loan Setup, Investor Reporting, Payoff Processing and UCC Processing. One of KaTrina's primary responsibilities is in warranting per loan that data is accurately and timely input into the Grandbridge Servicing system. In her capacity as Investor Reporting Manager, she ensures that lender requirements are met as funds are reported and remitted to 250+ lenders on a monthly basis. KaTrina has 20 years of commercial mortgage banking experience.

Prior to Grandbridge, KaTrina worked in Treasury Management for Laureate Realty Services and then as manager of the Investor Accounting and Reporting Group with Laureate Capital LLC, supervising the cash processes for a portfolio of 2,500 loans.

She received her bachelor's degree in business management from Pfeiffer University.
