Serah Lee

Serah Lee is a director with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital specializing in affordable housing and is based in the company’s New York office. Serah is responsible for multiple roles in loan originations, from prescreening and structuring the financing of affordable properties to managing transactions through the loan closing process. Specifically, Serah has conducted production efforts for the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac agency loan products and has extensive experience in the company with regard to transaction sizing, underwriting and closing procedures.

Before joining the company, Serah worked at Pillar Multifamily, LLC, a Guggenheim Partners Affiliate, where she was responsible for analyzing affordable debt financing transactions for their agency and balance sheet products and low income housing tax credit equity opportunities. Prior to that, she was on the investment team at H/2 Capital Partners, a commercial real estate fixed income hedge fund, where she analyzed debt investments across all commercial real estate asset types for their investment vehicles. 

Serah received her master’s degree from The Wharton School majoring in Real Estate and Finance and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
